When you place your order, save all emails you receive as they may provide important information. We no longer provide packing slips inside the package. All order, shipping and return information is emailed. PLEASE NOTE:
- Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the product shipment date.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.
- For exchanges, see exchanges portion.
- Price adjustments may be honored 24 hours after an item has been purchased.
- All swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact and be in the original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- All sale items marked FINAL SALE on image and in product description are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase (unless marked Final Sale). Please note that a free label will be provided for an exchange.

If you need an alternate size, visit the product page to utilize our Virtual Fitting Room. This integration will assist in finding your perfect fit. It can be found under the size carousel.
Once we receive this package, we will notify you when the exchange has been processed. If you are exchanging for an item higher than the original amount, you will receive an invoice to the email address associated with your order. Your exchange order will be processed once the invoice is fully paid. If you are exchanging for an item less than the original amount, then you will receive a credit to your account.
The exchanged order will not receive a shipping charge. (This offer excludes all international, AK, HI and Puerto Rico shipping addresses.)
International Orders are not eligible for exchange as this time. Please process return and repurchase the correct item. We apologize for this inconvenience.

DAMAGED WEB RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. Please call 215-682-7500 or email customerservice@jofit.com with your order information.
Jofit uses some of the newest and most advanced fabrics available. On rare occasion, the use of these fabrics can yield unexpected results. If you have any questions, please contact CustomerService@jofit.com.
RETAIL STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
- Merchandise can only be return within 30 days of purchase.
- Must have your receipt for your return.
- Returns may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales items with FINAL SALE listed on the product image and in the item product description are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be processed.
