2019 Solheim Cup Team USA to partner with Jofit

For the first time in the history of the storied Solheim Cup, Team USA will be sporting Jofit apparel in 2019. Next year’s event will take place from September 9th through the 15th at Gleneagles in Scotland.

Juli Inkster, who was named the captain for the third consecutive time, will look to lead Team USA to another victory after defeating Team Europe, 16 ½ to 11 ½, at Des Moines Golf and Country Club in the 2017 edition of the event. The Inkster led USA team also picked up a victory in the 2015 Solheim Cup.  Prior to both previous victories and a hopeful third, Inkster has been active in Team USA outfit choice and fan participation through coordinating outfits.  This will be the first time Inkster and her teammates will be sporting the Jofit logo.

“I’m extremely happy to have Jofit be outfitting our Solheim cup team as we head to Scotland in 19’,” said Inkster. “Their clothing is so comfortable, and the look is amazing. Stay tuned for our outfits, they will be on point!”

Jofit is a women’s apparel brand dedicated to building a community of confident women. Founder and CEO Joanne Cloak is an avid golfer, who works closely with her design team to ensure each garment fits comfortably and performs at a high level.

“We are proud and pleased to be the apparel supplier for the USA Solheim Team in Gleneagles,” said Cloak. “I simply can’t wait to be there to cheer for the women of Team USA!   Team golf is exciting and full of energy.  We couldn’t be more proud of the uniforms, the ladies of the Solheim Team and our Country.  Thank you to Captain Juli Inkster and the LPGA for the opportunity!”

Jofit will be creating 10 brand new patriotic outfits for Team USA. Many of these outfits will be available in the Firecracker Collection, which is set to release in August 2019. The uniforms will be comprised mostly of jersey fabric along with a few innovative fabrics and prints. Jofit will be using laser cut technology, diamond mesh fabric, and its creative embroidery pattern to give this year’s uniforms a dash of extra flair...and a dash of good luck.
