Returns & Exchanges

When you receive your order, always keep the paperwork that is included with it in case you wish to return or exchange an item. Save any emails you receive about your order, as they may provide important information. PLEASE NOTE:

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the product shipment date.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.
  • For exchanges, see exchanges portion.
  • Price adjustments may be honored 24 hours after an item has been purchased.

WEB REFUNDS. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a label will be provided and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  3. Print your return label and place on the package. Please be sure to remove any old shipping labels.
  4. Please return to the closest USPS location.

Once we receive this package, we will notify you when the refund has been processed.

Once we receive this package, we will notify your when the exchange has been processed. If you are exchanging for an item higher than the original amount, you will receive an invoice to the email address associated with your order. Your exchange order will be processed once the invoice is fully paid. If you are exchanging for an item less than the original amount, then you will receive a credit to your account.

The exchanged order will not receive a shipping charge. (This offer excludes all international, AK, HI and Puerto Rico shipping addresses.)

DAMAGED WEB RETURNS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the merchant shipper immediately. You’ll find contact information for the merchant shipper in the product box.

Jofit uses some of the newest and most advanced fabrics available. On rare occasion, the use of these fabrics can yield unexpected results. If you have any questions, please contact CustomerService@jofit.com.

RETAIL STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise can only be return within 30 days of purchase.
  • Must have your receipt for your return.
  • Returns may take up to 2-5 business days to be processed.
