Sunshine is wonderful, but it can also be dangerous. Staying in the sun unprotected for long periods of time can expose you to UV rays which can lead to skin cancer. Sunscreen is a must for trips to the beach. There are different formulas that range from creams to sprays. Sunscreen should be reapplied every 2 hours especially if you’re swimming.
